Job summary

Responsibilities include unloading, stocking, merchandising, and assisting customers while maintaining a clean, secure store environment. Must be able to follow SOPs and support store leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math and percentage calculations.
• Familiarity with cash handling, deposit controls, and cashier accountability.
• Experience with IBM cash registers and related POS systems.
• Ability to follow cash control procedures and security practices.
• Ability to read and implement plan-o-grams and merchandising guidance.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock the sales floor following store processes.
• Stock, rotate, and face merchandise; build merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide prompt service.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and bag purchases.
• Open/close store per guidance from Area Manager and manage refunds/overrides as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe working environment.
