Job summary

Mathnasium in San Marino, CA is seeking a Lead Instructor to deliver individualized math instruction and act as an instructional leader within our learning center. You will coach and mentor instructors, model effective teaching practices, and support a positive learning environment using the Mathnasium Method.

The role focuses on fostering both conceptual understanding and procedural fluency while adapting instruction to each student’s needs, with opportunities to advance into leadership

Qualifications
