Job summary

Product Connections, a part of Acosta Group, is seeking Lead Event Specialists for in-store demonstrations at Sam's Club. You will interact with customers, share product features, and help run events end-to-end.

This part-time role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities to lead teams and build relationships with store personnel in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
