Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a Lead Event Specialist for in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club. This part-time role focuses on engaging customers, sharing product benefits, and supporting event operations.

No prior demo experience is required; training is provided. The position offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and leadership development opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service or food service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
