Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks a Lead Event Specialist for in-store product demonstrations within Sam's Club. You will greet customers, showcase features, distribute samples, and support event operations while guiding fellow team members.

No prior demonstration experience is required; we provide training and ongoing support. This is a part-time role with pay weekly and opportunities for growth in a lively retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Leadership experience a plus for team coordination.
• Retail or demo experience desirable but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Setup, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
