Job summary

Airco Service, Inc. is seeking a part-time customer engagement role working at various retail store locations in Oklahoma. Schedule is Thursday/Friday 4pm–8pm and Saturday/Sunday 10am–3pm. Greet customers, identify needs, and generate sales leads to support the team.

You will stand and move about the store, build a positive atmosphere, and assist with lead capture and customer information as needed. Full benefits package available for full-time employees, with additional training provided.

• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving lead generation targets.
• Must be able to stand and walk around for the duration of the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Identify potential leads for the sales team.
• Identify customers needs and preferences through active listening.
• Generate leads by initiating conversations and capturing customer information.
• Maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere in the store.
• Other duties as assigned.
