Job summary

Airco Service is seeking an in-store associate to greet customers and engage with shoppers at multiple retail locations. You will identify needs, capture contact information, and generate potential leads for the sales team, contributing to a welcoming store environment.

The role is part-time and temp to hire with a schedule of Thursday/Friday 4pm–8pm and Saturday/Sunday 10am–3pm, at various retail store locations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving lead generation targets.
• Must be able to stand and walk around for the duration of the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Identify potential leads for the sales team.
• Identify customers needs and preferences through active listening.
• Generate leads by initiating conversations and capturing customer information.
• Maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere in the store.
