Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience is highly desired but not required.
• Must be able to stand/walk or sit for 4-8 hours.
• Outgoing, energetic and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to use a smartphone for email and text.
• No HVAC or water treatment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers approaching the company display to explain products and services.
• Walk stores engaging customers about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and gather information on customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit homes for estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership teams.
• Attend weekly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
