Job summary

Carroll Water in Fredericksburg is hiring a Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative. You will be the first contact with potential customers at retail locations, sparking interest in our whole home water systems and gathering leads for our sales team.

This role offers $20/hour plus commission and bonus opportunities and requires weekend availability. You will represent Carroll Water at store locations and events, engage shoppers, answer questions, and provide excellent customer

Qualifications

Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus.
Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to start conversations and generate interest in services.

Responsibilities

Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
Educate customers on benefits of our water systems clearly.
Collect and qualify leads for the sales team to follow up.
Provide excellent customer experience and answer general questions.
Share customer feedback with marketing to improve outreach.
Set up and breakdown demo displays when needed.
