Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking enthusiastic Lead Generation / Customer Service representatives to represent our brand in big box retail locations. This part-time role offers up to 30 hours per week at $20/hour plus commission and bonus opportunities, with weekends and some evenings required.

You will engage shoppers, educate them on our water systems, collect leads, and provide excellent service while supporting the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required).
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience a plus—but not required.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help us improve outreach efforts
• Have the ability to stand up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to set up and breakdown demo display when needed.
