Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to represent our clean water brand in big box stores. You’ll be the first contact, spark interest in whole home water systems, and gather leads for our sales team.

The role involves engaging shoppers, educating them on benefits, and delivering exceptional service. Flexibility includes weekends and some evenings; training provided; base pay $20/hour with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers in retail environments.
• Experience in lead generation or sales is a plus.
• Customer service mindset with focus on satisfaction.
• Experience in retail or sales is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities

Job Type: Part-Time (up to 30 hours/week)

Schedule: Includes weekends and occasional evenings

Carroll Water is looking for enthusiastic Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives to represent our brand in big box retail locations.

You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking interest in our whole home water systems and gathering leads for our sales team.

What You'll Do:

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities
