Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to engage shoppers at retail locations and events, spark interest in our whole-home water systems, and collect qualified leads for the sales team. You will stand up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends with occasional evenings.

We offer $20 per hour base plus commission/bonuses, paid training, and growth opportunities in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable starting conversations and generating interest in our services.
• Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required).
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience a plus—but not required.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help us improve outreach efforts
• Have the ability to stand up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to set up and breakdown demo display when needed.
