Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a compassionate Kids Care Coordinator to lead childcare programs in Minneapolis. The role focuses on safe, engaging activities, relationship-building with children and families, and efficient program operations.

Candidate should have childcare and customer service experience, a leadership background, and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. This is a part-time role with opportunities to develop a strong, cohesive team and contribute to a family-friendly facility.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and childcare experience required.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (infant, child & adult).

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful and memorable relationships with children and families.

• Lead and supervise staff, recruit and train as needed, and ensure department standards.
• Schedule staff shifts and approve payroll/time-off requests within budgeted hours.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
