Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking the Glenbrook Aquatics - Lead Age Group Coach. The lead swim coach is responsible for program development, practice and meet oversight, and fostering a positive and competitive environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification (or eligible within 1 month).
• USA Coaching certification (or eligible within 1 month).
• Broad experience in competitive swimming with a coaching background.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of current swimming techniques and training methodologies.
