Qualifications

• Competitive swimming experience.
• USA Swimming certification or willingness to obtain.

• High degree of initiative and integrity.
• Self-motivated with ability to work as part of a team.
• Punctual, energetic, proactive, and possessing excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Education or teaching/coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach a group of age-group swimmers Monday-Friday.
• Communicate with parents regarding their swimmer’s progress.
• Attend weekend swim meets, oversee a specified age group, and support the head coach.
