Job summary

Glenbrook High School District 225 seeks a Glenbrook Aquatics Head Coach and Head Age Group Coach for Glenbrook Aquatics' Respect group. The role shapes the program's identity, provides strategic vision, and directs technical and performance excellence across age groups.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing the comprehensive swim program, mentoring staff, maintaining coaching philosophy, and collaborating with the coaching team to deliver a cohesive, one-club approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ASCA Level 3 or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of head swim coaching experience, preferred.
• 10+ years of swim coaching experience, preferred.
• Proven track record of developing high-performance athletes.
• Previous competitive swimming experience.
• Ability to obtain USA Swimming certifications including background check.
• Ability to obtain Lifeguarding/First Aid & CPR/AED certifications.
• Experience with TeamUnify and Hy-Tek Meet Manager.
• Experience with timing systems preferred.
• Colorado Timing Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Glenbrook Aquatics program as Head Coach and Head Age Group Coach.
• Provide strategic vision and a cohesive one-club philosophy.
• Plan, prepare, and implement the swim program across age groups.
• Mentor and develop coaching staff and maintain coaching philosophy.
