Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a passionate Primary Care Mental Health Integration LCSW to join our team at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Harriman, TN. This is a part-time position, 20 hours/week.

The PCMHI clinician will undergo training through the local VA and must pass the certification process. The role provides brief, solution-focused interventions for veterans, with sessions typically 30 minutes or less and up to 6 per year per issue.

Qualifications

• Must have MSW and an LCSW license in TN.
• 1–3 years post-master counseling experience with adults.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• PCMHI/VA training or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and follow-up evaluations.
• Engages veteran and care team in treatment planning.
• Provides individual therapy and a range of treatment services.
• Addresses a variety of physical and behavioral health issues in care.
• Provides crisis intervention and coordinates referrals as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and quality of care.
