Job summary

Silverado Southlake is hiring Laundry Aides to maintain a clean, comfortable environment for residents in a memory care setting. This role blends attention to detail, reliability, and compassion.

You will collect, sort, and launder resident garments, ensure sanitary handling, and support a safe community. Part-time schedule Friday/Saturday/Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm with pay range $15–$16 USD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
