Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Responsibilities

• Complete Bridge to Benefits screenings and SNAP applications with community members.
• Provide guidance and education in accessing income supports and eligibility to public benefits.
• Promote SNAP outreach and recruitment during food distributions and events.
• Organize and participate in community events to promote programs and services.
• Provide MNsure navigation and assist with enrollment in Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare.
