• Journey-level experience in tree and landscape maintenance.
• Ability to interpret contract specifications and work with contractors.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and monitoring maintenance projects.
• Familiarity with right-of-way and irrigation/landscape programs.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work with supervisors and lead staff.
• Inspect City infrastructure and right-of-way areas for maintenance needs.
• Document deficiencies and manage punch lists and memos.
• Train staff and contractors on methods, safety, and contract specs.
• Develop cost estimates and track purchases; assist budgeting.
• Coordinate between contractors and City staff; resolve minor complaints.
• Review plans for new/renovation projects to meet specs.
• Maintain records and prepare written reports.
• Respond to citizen service requests and coordinate completion dates.
• Perform related duties as required.
