Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect (Part-Time) to develop conceptual and construction-level plans for residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate with our estimating and project management team to create designs that are practical, visually compelling, and cost-effective.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed site plans, planting plans, and hardscape layouts
• Create 2D and 3D renderings (optional based on your skills)
• Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare quantity takeoffs and align designs with budgets
• Assist with client presentations and revisions based on feedback
• Prepare plans for permitting (if required)
• Ensure designs meet local codes and practical construction standards

Qualifications

Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field (BLA or MLA preferred)
• 2+ years experience in landscape design (residential and/or commercial)
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Land F/X, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, or similar rendering tools is a plus
• Familiarity with construction processes and material selection
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines independently
