Technical Agronomist II-West Central Minnesota
This Territory will cover West Central Minnesota.
The Technical Agronomist plays a pivotal role as the area sales team and product agronomic leader. You are responsible, along with the Area Business Manager, for achieving or exceeding established regional and territory sales targets. You will drive the success of the sales team by leveraging your agronomic expertise to strategically position the Bayer portfolio, including seed, crop protection, and Climate FieldView, to deliver tailored solutions for customers. Your local impact on business results is central to our mission of advancing agriculture through innovative solutions.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $72,000 - $107,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
