Envita Medical Centers LLC is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a part-time role in Scottsdale, AZ. The position offers flexible coverage between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with no nights or weekends and 20 guaranteed hours per week, potentially up to 29 hours.

You will coordinate tissue and blood specimen collection, preservation, transport, and accessioning, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation in the LIMS. Prior lab experience and familiarity with liquid nitrogen handling are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in laboratory science preferred.
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS/LIMS) and accurate data entry.
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain specimen identity.
• Flexible availability 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with notice for changes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate specimen collection logistics and preservation.
• Receive and accession tissue and blood specimens; verify identifiers.
• Prepare and transport specimens; maintain traceable records.
• Document collection, preservation, and transport times in LIMS.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
