Job summary

Pathnostics in Irvine, CA seeks an Accessioner/QC (Clinical Data Entry) for a part-time role. You will verify samples, log and label patient specimens, and enter data with high accuracy using LIMS and MS Office. Training occurs Tue-Sat 8:00 am–12:00 pm and starts at $18+/hour DOE.

Prior data entry experience is preferred; healthcare background is not required. The role offers sick PTO, a 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, and a referral bonus program to support a healthy, productive lab

Qualifications

• Excellent typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to work the advertised shift consistently and maintain attendance.
• Ability to adapt to changing procedures and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Verify all samples and data received.
• Identify discrepancies in specimen information.
• Data entry and sample labeling.
• Quality control of each workflow step.
• Use of LIMS system to enter critical patient data.
• Run reports to track key quality metrics.
• Maintain laboratory safety standards.
• Organize work area for optimal efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
