Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Lab Associate || Clinical Accessioning Representative in California. The role focuses on entering clinical sample information accurately to support multiple workflows and ensure order integrity.

Key duties include verifying labels, maintaining accession numbers, contacting clients for missing details, coordinating with other departments, and adhering to lab safety protocols. This is a temp-to-hire position with a schedule of 9:00am–5:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm Tue–Sat.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computer use for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Enter required information into databases and establish correct workflows.
• Verify specimen labels with paperwork and attach accession numbers.
• Contact clients/patients to verify missing information and maintain follow-up lists.
• Notify other departments about specific cases as needed.
• Follow laboratory safety requirements including PPE.
