Job summary

Certified Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Courier I to safely pick up and deliver food and environmental samples to and from our laboratories, ensuring sample integrity and timely transportation.

You will use the routing and delivery mobile app, communicate with dispatch, and provide professional customer service while complying with safety and regulatory standards. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of courier/delivery/transportation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license issued in the state of operation.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs or major violations in past 5 years.
• Comfortable using mobile tech, navigation systems, and delivery apps.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport samples between customer locations and laboratory facilities.
• Deliver samples on time and in proper condition with chain-of-custody documentation.
• Use routing and driving mobile app to receive assignments, follow routes, log stops, upload photos, and communicate with dispatch.
• Provide professional customer service during pick-up and delivery interactions.
• Follow all policies and driving regulations; report accidents or vehicle issues.
• Coordinate with lab staff regarding sample schedules and priorities.
