Job summary

Certified Group is seeking a Courier I to safely pick up and deliver food and environmental samples to and from laboratory facilities. You will use the company routing app to receive routes, log stops, and communicate with dispatch, while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with safety standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of professional courier, delivery, or transportation experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license issued in the operating state.
Clean driving record with no DUIs or major moving violations in past 5 years.
Comfortable using mobile technology and delivery apps.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company vehicle to transport samples between customer locations and laboratories.
Deliver samples on time and maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
Use routing and delivery apps to receive assignments, follow routes, log stops, and communicate with dispatch.
Provide professional customer service during pick-up and delivery interactions.
Follow all company policies and state/federal driving regulations.
Report accidents or vehicle issues per procedures.
Coordinate with laboratory staff on sample schedules and priorities.
Complete FDA collections and required photo documentation as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Participate in team initiatives and training.
