Job summary

Certified Group is seeking a Courier I in Dallas to safely pick up and deliver food and environmental samples to laboratory facilities, maintaining chain-of-custody and providing excellent customer service. You will use mobile apps to receive routes, track deliveries, and upload documentation, while upholding safety standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Texas driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of courier/delivery/transportation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in state of operation with clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation systems, and delivery apps.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport samples between locations.
• Deliver samples on time and maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
• Use routing and driving mobile app to receive assignments, follow routes, log stops, upload photos, and communicate with dispatch.
• Provide professional customer service during pick-up and delivery interactions.
• Follow all company policies and driving regulations.
