Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center's Gujral Laboratory in the Human Biology Division is seeking a part-time Lab Aide to support ongoing studies in cell biology and drug discovery. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing a Biology degree (preferred).
• Some lab experience and/or college-level biology and chemistry courses preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented and able to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Routine lab maintenance including tissue culture.
• Collaborate with research team on various projects.
• Prepare tissue and cell-based samples and carry out biochemical and PCR-based assays.
