Job summary

You will set up washing areas, handle washing of pots/dishes, sanitize equipment, manage trash, and ensure stock rotation per schedules. Candidates should be reliable and able to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs dish and pot washing, cleaning, and storing supplies under supervision.
• Sets up the dish and pot washing area.
• Prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes and utensils.
• Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils.
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen per cleaning schedules.
• Empties trash containers as required.
