Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a part-time dishwasher/steward at Marriott Pittsburgh City Center. You will support kitchen outlets by washing and maintaining dishware, utensils, and cookware, while keeping stations clean and organized.

The job requires physical stamina to lift, push, and move items in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating dish/pot machines, polishing silver, and assisting cooks as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and its care to complement guest experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Requires physical stamina and ability to stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash soiled ware for dish/pot machines.
• Keep dish areas clean and organized.
• Operate polishing equipment for silverware as needed.
• Assist cooks by keeping kettles and pans clean and ready for use.
• Adhere to attendance and shift requirements.
• Perform other stewarding duties as assigned.
