Qualifications

• Experience handling service ware to support guest experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 200 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware and run through dish/pot machines properly.
• Maintain clean dish machines per hotel standards.
• Operate burnishing machine for silverware finish.
• De-tarnish and polish silverware for appearance.
• Clean kettles and pots promptly to support cooks.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
