Job summary

Destination El Paso, part-time steward/dishwasher at the Airport Visitor Information Center, helps keep dishes, utensils, and small wares clean while maintaining sanitary kitchen areas and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months’ work experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep all dishes, small wares, and utensils cleaned.
• Organize and maintain inventory of small wares and cleaning supplies.
• Clean and maintain kitchen areas and equipment.
• Properly store perishables for cooks and receiving staff.
• Follow ASM Global Food & Beverage rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
