Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a part-time STEWARD in Alva, OK. This role focuses on maintaining kitchen areas and equipment in a clean, orderly condition, with a schedule of Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with sanitation work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
• Operates dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing safe lifting standards.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house setup as requested.
• Loads/unloads and delivers supplies and products as needed.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
