Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full time and part time dishwasher positions in Alva, OK. You will maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays and related kitchen areas to keep them sanitary and organized.

This role requires shifts including days, evenings and weekends with on‑the‑job training. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred, and you must wear slip‑resistant shoes and a uniform shirt. Meals are provided during shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods; maintains sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash to designated containers; handles waste properly.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas; helps load and unload supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
