1. Sanitize and clean dishes, glassware, and flatware.
2. Wash pots, pans, and trays.
3. Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
4. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and equipment.
5. Dispose of waste into designated areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and/or walk throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of proper chemicals and cleaning techniques.
• Ability to maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
