This is a part-time position (1–8 hours per week) offering flexibility and the opportunity to support a well-established company from the comfort of your own home.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, PA work, or a similar role. Strong communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, and solid computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, and basic document formatting) are essential.

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our small but busy kitchen fitting and joinery business. This is a flexible, part-time remote role perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Drafting, sending, and following up on quotes for kitchen and joinery projects
  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Light scheduling and coordination of appointments and job start dates
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in admin, PA work, or similar
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Experience with trades or quoting/invoicing software is a bonus but not essential
  • Someone who can be flexible ideally available for a few hours across the week as needed
