Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Part-time Utility Worker at Dean College to support kitchen and facilities by keeping production and service areas clean and organized. You will clean equipment, surfaces, floors, and storage spaces, move supplies, and assist with set-up and break-down as needed.

This role emphasizes sanitation and safety, with flexibility to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends/holidays. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Sanitation and food safety knowledge.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• No prior work experience required is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a machine.
• Clean and sanitize work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and mop floors; take out trash to designated areas.
• Restock supplies (soap, towels, cleaning materials) and assist with setup/breakdown.
