Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service. The role requires teamwork, good communication, and a friendly attitude.

Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required; training is provided to help you grow with us. You will stock soap, towels and paper products, perform daily cleaning duties, and assist with floor

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
