Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

The role emphasizes teamwork, friendly attitude, and good communication with the culinary staff and residents. Previous restaurant experience is optional, with a shift from 4pm to 7:30pm. Apply to join our caregiving-focused dining team.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
