Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Oakdale, MN is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for 4pm–7:30pm shifts. You will be responsible for washing and unloading dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment, supporting a clean, organized kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates may have prior restaurant or dishwashing experience, but it's not required. We value friendliness, teamwork, and good communication as we work with the culinary team to serve residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
