Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Naperville, IL is seeking a friendly part-time dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring items are cleaned, sanitized, and stored following health codes.

You will work split shifts from 6:00–2:00 and 4:00–7:30, with a focus on teamwork, reliable attendance, and positive guest relations within our senior living community. Previous restaurant experience is not required but helpful.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
