Blackberry Farm, LLC. in Walland, TN seeks a Babysitter to ensure a memorable and educational experience for children while guests stay on the Blackberry Mountain property.

You will create a safe environment, greet families, and follow SOPs to support guest services. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of childcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license.

• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for children, guests and team members.
• Greet parents and children professionally and obtain special instructions.
• Plan age-appropriate activities and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members; follow SOPs.
• Handle emergencies calmly and assist with guest services as needed.
