Job summary

KidStrong in Littleton, CO is seeking a part-time Coach to deliver the curriculum in energetic 45-minute classes for kids from crawling to age 11. You will develop brain, body, and character while maintaining safety and engagement.

We value high energy, strong communication, and the ability to connect with kids and families. CPR certification is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with kids.
• Energetic and engaging presence with groups of children and parents.
• Clear, positive communication style for kids and caregivers.
• Minimum availability: 12 hours per week, including evenings/weekends.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before first class).
• Physically active; able to move around, demonstrate movements, and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum to kids ages crawling–11 in engaging, high-energy 45-minute classes (up to 24 hours/week).
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session — not just athletic skills.
• Physically demonstrate movements, support proper technique, and keep every kid safe and progressing.
• Build authentic relationships by counting with and mentoring kids and families before, during, and after class.
• Guide parents through the flow of class — they're part of the experience too.
• Understand and communicate the why behind our curriculum clearly and confidently.
