We are looking for a reliable, service‑oriented individual who can support the Store Manager and act as the go‑to person in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, and drive the store’s success as an ambassador and by supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
