Job summary

Movado Group is seeking a part-time Keyholder for our Movado Company Store in Chandler, AZ (Phoenix Premium Outlets). You will drive sales, assist with opening/closing, and help staff ensure exceptional customer service while supporting inventory control and merchandising standards.

The ideal candidate has strong selling skills, excellent communication, and may have prior management experience. Open availability and flexibility to meet business needs are required.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, or luxury retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet/exceed personal and store goals.
• Open and close the store and support scheduling.
• Assist staff in delivering customer service and achieving sales growth.
• Assist with inventory management and housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized shop floor.
