Job summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and capture CRM data per guidelines.
• Establish rapport with customers and merchandise products per company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, professional store environment and ensure accurate ticketing/display.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
