Movado Group Inc. operates a Movado Company Store at the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, NY, seeking a part-time Keyholder. You will drive sales, open/close the store, and help staff reach goals while assisting customers and managing inventory.

The ideal candidate has strong selling skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and flexibility to meet business needs. Prior management experience is preferred; opportunities for growth and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Open availability and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
• Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, or luxury retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and develop knowledge of the merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Establish rapport with actual or potential customers.
• Merchandise product in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
• Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness, accurate ticketing and proper display.
• Assist in maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
• Service watches including sizing and battery changes as needed.
