Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Keyholder for the Movado Company Store in Orange, CA. You will drive sales, open and close the store, and assist staff in reaching goals while supporting customer service to grow the business.

This role requires strong selling skills, a commitment to excellent service, and flexibility to meet the store's needs; prior management experience is a strong plus. Competitive hourly pay with commission and employee discount benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in watch/fashion luxury retail preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Previous management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Merchandise product in accordance with company guidelines and maintain displays.
• Open/close the store and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures per corporate policies.
• Service watches including sizing and battery changes where applicable.
