Job summary

AG Supermarkets is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder/Closing Manager for our Allenstown, NH store to assist with daily operations and manage opening/closing procedures. This role supports the Store Director and ensures a positive customer experience during shifts.

The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and able to supervise front-end and back-end tasks, maintaining store standards and safety while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer knowledge to operate store systems and process transactions.
• Ability to lead store operations during closing shifts and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of products to assist customers and support operations.
• Master all closing duties and front-end procedures as needed by store leadership.
• Learn and operate grocery equipment, hardware, software, and tasks.
• Observe temperatures and report failures; ensure safety features function properly.
• Keep store clean, organized, and welcoming to create a positive shopping experience.
• Stock and maintain departments during closing; ensure milk, produce, meat, and sale items are stocked.
• Sweep and mop floors; support end-of-shift closing procedures.
• Stock inventory from back stock and maintain a clean backroom.
• Ensure doors are closed, lights off, and alarm set; secure store on exit.
• Communicate essential information to Store Director and perform additional duties as assigned.
